Hello FASPS!

Amelia moved right on from daycare to pre-K at the French-American School of Puget Sound and hasn't missed a beat. She is very proud of her new lunchbox, which she has helped Mommy pack every morning. She has quickly begun to pick up some French words and some new friends, and really seems to be loving the new school so far! Here are a couple of photos of Amelia leaving for her first day at FASPS.

Goodbye Daycare!

Amelia had a goodbye party on her last day of daycare. She chose her own cake - given the choice of a picture of herself or princesses, she unsurprisingly chose both - and then acted as a great hostess, passing out cake and gifts to all of her friends. It was a fun way to close out three great years at SIDC!

Perfect Potty

To get ready for her new school, we had to make sure that Amelia was fully potty-trained. She created a "Perfect Potty" chart with Mommy and proceeded to fill it up with stickers, carefully choosing her colors each night. Way to go, Amelia!

Zucchini Art

We grew many more zucchini this summer than we could eat and rather than letting them go to waste, Amelia decided to use them as a canvas.
