Nicaragua - Managua

We began our holiday trip to Nicaragua in the capital, Managua.  We took a tour through the city, including a stop at the Tiscapa lookout (with the iconic Sandino and tree statutes and great views of lots of volcanos and crater lakes), the central square (many more Sandino statutes) and a row of nearly 100 Christmas creche displays.  It was definitely an interesting city, and we wished we could have spent some additional time exploring!
